This new community offers 136 apartments in one, two, and three bedroom configurations, a clubhouse, laundry facility, pool, and walking trail. The site also includes the new administrative facilities for the Newnan Housing Authority. The natural characteristics of the site, which included a natural spring and wetlands, were maintained as a visual amenity while simultaneously improving hydrology and water quality.
