PROFILE
Mr. Rogers has over 29 years experience in Architectural Engineering and Construction Management. Prior to joining Bradfield, Richards, Rhodes & Associates Architects, Inc., Mr. Rogers was the Vice President of a construction firm that specialized in renovation. While there, he performed construction administration services for commercial developments, new construction and rehabilitation.

Some of the key responsibilities of his current position include Capital Fund Program assistance, survey and assessment of existing conditions, field verifications and inspection of all phases of construction to ensure compliance with contract documents, review of shop drawings, negotiating change orders with contractors, preparation of technical specifications, cost estimates and completing close documentation mandated by HUD.

In his 20 years with Bradfield, Richards, Rhodes & Associates Architects, Inc., Mr. Rogers has administered the construction of over 200 modernization projects with a construction value of over $100 million.   Mr. Rogers has worked with many Housing Authorities throughout the Southeast, providing exceptional service to each and every client.
