PROFILE
Mr. Richards has over 29 years of experience in design, development and rehabilitation of projects throughout the Southeast. He has successfully completed projects for a variety of clients, including colleges & universities, housing authorities, non-profit organizations, commercial developers and the military.

Mr. Richards stresses the importance of exceptional design, including the parameters of budgets and schedules, and is creative in his search for solutions that work at each level. Often he serves as the client’s principal representative, effectively coordinating projects to see that the financial and functional needs are met and the greatest life-cycle cost value is achieved.

Mr. Richards has served in various capacities, which has provided him with a comprehensive background in all aspects of architectural development including project management, design, construction administration, and estimating.
