PROFILE
Mr. Rhodes has a 24-year background in project design with a particular emphasis on both renovation and urban planning. He has designed over 2,300 units of affordable and transitional housing, and is responsible for the renovation of over 9,000 units throughout the Southeast. Mr. Rhodes is the senior designer for all of the firm's work, overseeing the schematic and design development phases.

Mr. Rhodes has served in carious capacities in the firm since 1986, which has provided him with a comprehensive background in all aspects of architectural development, including design, project management, documentation and construction administration.

His past work includes the design of numerous adult congregate communities, market rate apartments, resort residences, daycare centers, award winning restaurants, college campus facilities and historic preservation commissions.
