The first project involving the renovation of the Physical Plant Building includes the addition of handicap accessible restrooms, storage and a work order center. A new quarry tile floor, acoustical ceiling, wall finishes, HVAC, electrical, sanitary sewer extension, toilet accessories and partitions were also added. The second project includes the programming and schematic design for a proposed renovation of the existing plant and the construction of a physical plant annex to expand the operational capacity of the department. The renovation encompasses the conversion of existing shop and warehouse space to new office space.
