This project included the renovation of the 3rd floor of Parks Hall. The purpose of the renovation was to create a new conference room for the President. To achieve this, a classroom was renovated on the far end of the building. Additionally, all mechanical systems were replaced. The total area renovated was approximately 9,300 square feet.
