Bradfield, Richards, Rhodes & Associates Architects, Inc. was selected to provide renovation services for this low-income housing development for the Housing Authority of the City of Huntsville. The renovation includes complete modernization of the interiors and exteriors. Handicap modifications are also incorporated into 22 of the units. The design objective was to revitalize the community to compete with more market-rate apartments in the area.
