Bradfield, Richards, Rhodes & Associates Architects, Inc. was notified that our historic train depot renovation project won first place in the Design-Bid-Build / Renovation category of the Build Georgia Awards. The circa 1835 train depot in Milledgeville was renovated into a health and lifestyles fitness center to be used by students and faculty of Georgia College & State University.
The award was presented to C.E. Garbutt Construction Company by the Georgia branch of the Associated General Contractors of America. The depot was recently featured in the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
