This low-income housing renovation consists of 250 units located in the Historic District of Savannah. Bradfield, Richards, Rhodes & Associates Architects, Inc. performed architectural design services for the complete modernization of the buildings interiors and exteriors. An important element of this project's success was the design of new exterior entrance stairs sensitive to the character of Savannah's Historic District.
