City Plaza is a mixed-use development in downtown Atlanta, combining a 164-unit residential complex with over 24,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.  A 278-car parking garage is also included. This development was financed with a mixture of private capital and municipal bonds. The development was a private sector initiative under agreement with the City. The methodology and design intent both represent a major commitment to a new vision of urban living for downtown Atlanta.
